1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to GFAM Mediatech Pvt. Ltd.
• "You", "User" refers to any student, visitor, library partner, or other user of the Platform.
• "Services" means all features, offerings, digital tools, subscriptions, and physical study room bookings provided by MyPrepSpot.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use MyPrepSpot.
• Users under 18 must use the platform with parental or guardian supervision.
• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts involved in misconduct or policy violations.

4. Use of Services

By using MyPrepSpot, you agree to:

• Access and use the platform only for lawful and educational purposes.
• Not engage in any form of cheating, spamming, harassment, or platform abuse.
• Not reverse-engineer, replicate, or misuse any AI-generated content or proprietary features.
• Abide by local laws, community standards, and ethical behavior.

5. Subscription, Booking & Payments

• Study rooms and premium features are accessed through subscription plans.
• Payments are handled securely via authorized gateways like Razorpay.
• Prices, plan durations, and inclusions are subject to change with prior notice.
• Bookings are subject to availability and can be changed or cancelled based on our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All refund and cancellation conditions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, designs, software, and AI systems on MyPrepSpot are the property of GFAM Mediatech Pvt. Ltd.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Data & Privacy

• By using the platform, you consent to the data collection and usage outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• You have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data as per the DPDP Act, 2023.

9. Partner Services

If you book seats or services via our partnered study libraries or instructors:

• You are subject to their facility rules and schedules.
• We act as a technology facilitator and are not liable for physical service quality or onsite disputes unless directly caused by our systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Exam outcomes based on our content or AI tools
• Data loss due to user-side negligence
• Downtime, access issues, or third-party service disruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you in the last 3 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access:

• If you violate these Terms
• If we believe your activity may harm the platform, other users, or our partners
• Without prior notice, in extreme cases

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
